Building a brand new home is one of life’s most exciting milestones and at Vantage Building Group, we’ve spent over 25 years making that journey as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Whether you're a first home buyer or looking to upgrade, our streamlined process ensures you’ll feel confident from the moment you decide to build, all the way through to move-in day. CHOOSE YOUR HOME A Vantage Building

Group representative will help you find a home to suit your land, lifestyle and budget.

They will discuss with you our quality range of inclusions and assist you in selecting the perfect floor plan from our range of over 60 designs . COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK Once you have selected your home and any personalisations, we will provide a sales estimate based on your selections.

Our in-house drafting team will then update the floor plan to reflect any changes.

Once these updates are complete, Vantage will send you a copy of your contract, including floor plan drawings, specifications, and the final contract price, for your review.

To move forward, you will be asked to sign the contract and pay a 5% deposit. BUILDING APPROVAL Behind the scenes, Vantage takes care of all necessary approvals and insurances required to start construction.

This includes: Submitting estate covenant applications

Applying for QBCC and site insurance

Lodging the Development

Application for Building

Approval through our private certifier

Once building approval is secured, your final construction plans and specifications will be reviewed and signed off. COLOUR CONSULTATION This is where your vision starts to take shape. You’ll enjoy a one-on-one colour consultation at our interior design studio, spending up to four hours with a professional style consultant. You’ll select internal and external finishes from our extensive range of fixtures, fittings, materials and colours. It’s the exciting stage where your ideas come to life and your home begins to reflect your personality. LETS BUILD YOUR NEW HOME You will be allocated a Site

Supervisor who will keep you updated on the progress of your build.
