What does the building process with

Vantage look like? Building a home with

Vantage is a clear 7-step journey, we’ve streamlined the home building process to make it as stress free and efficient as possible.

Whether you're a first home buyer, upsizer or investor, our step-by-step approach ensures transparency and confidence throughout your building journey. 1.

Expression of Interest – A Vantage consultant will work with you to find the perfect home design to suit your land, lifestyle, and budget. You'll review our high quality standard inclusions and pay a deposit to proceed to the new home estimate. 2. New Home Estimate – We'll help you personalise your home, adjusting floor plans to meet your needs.

Our drafting team will update your chosen design, and we’ll provide you with a detailed sales estimate. 3. Contract – Once you're happy with your design and inclusions, we’ll prepare your contract, including final floor plans, specifications, and pricing.

After signing, a 5% deposit is required. A Vantage Contract

Administrator will then guide you through the next steps. 4. Building Approval – We handle all necessary approvals and provide a construction start date. You’ll meet your dedicated site supervisor before the build begins. 5. Colour Selection & Site Preparation – Your colour selection is the time to personalise your brand new home.

Its is a very exciting stage of the build process.

Once this is complete and your contract is executed, we conduct a contour survey, soil test, and engineering reports.

Once approvals are in place, we move forward with construction. 6. Construction – Your new home takes shape! You'll have scheduled site visits at key milestones to review progress with your site supervisor. 7. Handover – The moment you’ve been waiting for! We’ll present you with the keys to your brand new home along with a comprehensive handover pack.

If you’re considering a duplex build, contact our team for expert guidance and pricing. Can I visit the site during construction? Yes, but for safety reasons, site visits are only permitted when accompanied by your site supervisor.

During key stages of your build, we’ll arrange site visits to ensure you can see the progress and discuss any questions directly with your construction supervisor.

Your safety is our priority, and our team will always keep you updated throughout the building process.

How much will my deposit be for building a new home? To secure your new home with Vantage Building

Group a $5,000 deposit is required.

This initial deposit allows us to proceed with: • Drafting your floor plan and home design. • Conducting a new home estimate. • Preparing your contract documents.

Once your contract is signed, you’ll be required to pay the remaining 5% deposit to move forward with construction.

How much does it cost to build a new home on the Sunshine Coast? The cost of building a new home on the Sunshine

Coast varies based on: • Home design and size – Larger homes or upgraded floor plans may affect pricing. • Level of inclusions – While we offer fixed price house and land packages, additional upgrades can impact overall cost. At Vantage Building Group, we focus on affordable home builds.

Are site costs included in the build price? Yes, Vantage Building

Group includes an allowance for site costs in our build price to ensure transparency and affordability.

Our standard inclusions cover: • Cut and fill up to 300mm. • Engineer designed concrete slab system to H1 soil conditions, compliant with AS2870 standards. However, our pricing does not include: • Importing or exporting of fill. • Additional piering or footings

If your land requires additional site preparation, our team will provide a quote to ensure there are no surprises.

What warranties and guarantees come with my new home? At Vantage Building
