Good news for first home buyers June 18, 2025 We’re not the kind of builder who over complicates things or hides behind buzzwords.
We get the job done - on time, with no nonsense and complete transparency.
And right now, we’ve got some great news for anyone trying to get their foot in the door of the property market.
If you're a first home buyer, the $30,000 First Home Owner
Grant has officially been extended until 30 June 2026 . That’s not just good news - that’s real, practical support you can count on if you are wanting to build a new home.
On top of that, the Queensland
Government has confirmed that stamp duty will be scrapped for first home buyers who purchase a new build. That’s thousands saved before you even move in.
What does this mean? If you’re eligible for the grant, you could get $30,000 towards building a brand new house, unit or townhouse - as long as it’s valued at under $750,000 and you plan to live in it. That’s not pocket change, that’s the difference between falling just short or getting the keys in your hand.
And the zero stamp duty on new builds is a gamechanger too.
That cost can sting first home buyers the most - now, it’s not a concern at all.
Why is this a big deal? Because buying your first home is one of the biggest financial steps you’ll make.
And for a lot of people, it’s easy to feel priced out of the current market - especially with rising living costs, high rents and tightening budgets.
But this extended grant and the stamp duty exemption are here to change that. We’ve worked with enough first home buyers to know that many miss out by the narrowest margins.
With the
Governments support, that gap is closing.

Whether it’s beaches, lifestyle, or community - there’s a reason people want to live here.
And as builders who’ve been doing this for over 25 years , we can say this with confidence: it is time to act .
