Group has taken immense pride working with Apollo SDA and Gold
Property to complete the construction for their latest flagship development at Deception Bay.
Together we built an innovative and accessible housing community, with a holistic new approach to delivering accommodation for people living with a disability.
This innovative project is more than just a housing development; it represents a new standard in accessible housing that balances aesthetics with function, privacy with community, and customisation with inclusivity.
Our collaborative approach with Apollo SDA has created a space that truly focuses on the unique needs of individuals living with disabilities.
Designed and built with community and person-centered care at its core, each residence is a Hamptons-inspired single-story home, meticulously designed to exceed the rigorous standards set by the NDIS. A spacious communal area with outdoor BBQ, sporting facilities, sensory gardens, and fully accessible pool fosters social integration and a sense of togetherness.
Located in a prime area of Deception Bay, the local community centre just across the road, a large park nearby and esplanade only 800 meters away, this development offers residents the perfect blend of convenience and place to connect to nature. Vantage Building Group, in partnership with Apollo SDA and Gold Property, has proudly completed this groundbreaking development on time and on budget without compromising accessible housing standards, aesthetics, functionality, privacy, and inclusivity.
